How it works

01

A member documents it

Not a complaint — a case. What is happening, what it costs the trade, what specifically should change, and the evidence to back it.

02

The membership signs on

Every signature is a verified member of the trade. The association publishes the total; who signed stays private unless they choose otherwise.

03

It goes to the industry

The association puts the case to the carrier, regulator or vendor concerned — with the number of operators behind it stated plainly.

Membership

Membership is open to people working in the for-hire transportation trade — operators, base owners, fleet managers, brokers and the professionals who serve them. It is verified rather than open: every applicant confirms an email address and a mobile number, and is then reviewed by the association office.

That verification is the point. It is what allows the association to state a supporter count and have it taken seriously.

  • Raise issues and put them formally to the industry
  • Sign in support — privately, unless you choose to be named
  • Take part in member-only discussion on every issue
  • Consult the register of carriers, brokers, agents and vendors
  • Rate the companies you deal with, in strict confidence
